DATE: Byzantine, c.1250

An amazing ancient signet ring. It was made in 13th Century Byzantium, modelled in bronze with an oval shaped head that features an intaglio carved scene - possibly with a person and trees. It's wearable, although we wouldn't recommend prolonged exposure to water. Purchased as part of a set - we have two more available elsewhere on the website.

Fair. This ring has been in the ground for a long time - please see images
