DATE: Mid-Century, c.1940

A fabulous signet ring set with a 5 carat star sapphire cabochon, which displays a six-pointed star when moved in incandescent light. Two smaller bright diamonds sit at each side of the cabochon, with a chunky 14k gold band. It dates from 1940's.
